LiPureTM Universal RNA Purification Kit is designed for rapid purification of genomic RNA from a variety of sample sources including animal tissues and cells, plant and fungal tissues, bacteria, and blood. The specially formulated lysis buffer is used to directly lyse cells and selectively precipitate protein and DNA. The RNA supernatant is transferred to spin column, and further washed to remove impurities. Then, the RNA is eluted with DEPC water. RNA purified using this kit is ready for most downstream applications such as RT-PCR, RT-qPCR, Northern blotting, next-generation sequencing, poly A+ RNA (mRNA) purification, nuclease protection, and in vitro translation. |
