LiFluor™ 350 is a blue fluorescent dye spectrally similar to the traditional blue fluorescent dye, AMCA. However, compared to AMCA, LiFluor™ 350 dye is more water-soluble, more photostable and pH-insensitive from pH4 to pH 10. The dye can be used as a replacement for AMCA, Alexa Fluor 350, DyLight 350.
The NHS ester (or succinimidyl ester) is the most popular amine reactive group for labeling with the primary amines (R-NH2) of proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides, and other amine-containing molecules. The resulting LiFluor™ conjugate will exhibit brighter fluorescence and greater photostability than the conjugates of other spectrally similar fluorophores.
Key Features
• LiFluor™ fluorescent dye has superior brightness and good photostability.
• The dye is insensitive to pH change and has good water solubility.
• Multiplexing: across spectrum from UV to near-IR.
