	Flow cytometry: 1×10^6 Human PBMC (treated with rhIL-2) were surface-stained with PE Mouse anti-Human CD56 mAb (A26868, 5 μl/Test) and ABflo® 647 Rabbit IgG isotype control (A22070,5 μl/Test,left) or ABflo® 647 Rabbit anti-Human CD336/NK-p44 mAb (A27277,5 μl/Test,right). Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis.
