Background

Acts upstream of or within several processes, including defense response to bacterium; negative regulation of alpha-beta T cell proliferation; and positive regulation of macromolecule metabolic process. Located in external side of plasma membrane. Is expressed in liver lobe. Orthologous to human TNFRSF14 (TNF receptor superfamily member 14).
