The DL5000 DNA Ladder is a ready-to-use DNA ladder, which is pre-mixed with loading dye for direct loading on gel. The DNA ladder is composed of 9 individual DNA fragments: 5,000 bp, 3,000 bp, 2,000 bp, 1,500 bp, 1,000 bp, 750 bp, 500 bp, 250 bp, 100 bp derived from a mixture of PCR products and specifically digested plasmid DNA. This product contains one enhanced bands (1,000 bp) for easy referencing. |
