Background

Predicted to enable semaphorin receptor activity. Predicted to be involved in several processes, including T cell activation via T cell receptor contact with antigen bound to MHC molecule on antigen presenting cell; nervous system development; and positive regulation of axonogenesis. Predicted to act upstream of or within dichotomous subdivision of terminal units involved in salivary gland branching; neuron projection extension; and regulation of smooth muscle cell migration. Located in cytosol and nucleoplasm.

Images

PLXNA1 antibodyWestern blotting analysis using anti-Plexin A1 antibody (Cat#62523). Total cell lysates (30 μg) from various cell lines were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE. The blot was incubated with anti-Plexin A1 antibody (Cat#62523, 1:5,000) and HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody (Cat#201, 1:20,000) respectively. Image was developed using FeQ™ ECL Substrate Kit (Cat#226).
Western blotting analysis using anti-plexin A1 antibody (Cat#62523). Plexin A1 expression in wild-type (WT) and plexin A1 (PLXNA1) shRNA knockdown (KD) HT-1080 cells with 30 μg of total cell lysates. Hsp90 α serves as a loading control. The blot was incubated with anti-Plexin A1 antibody (Cat#62523, 1:5,000) and HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody (Cat#201, 1:20,000) respectively. Image was developed using NaQ™ ECL Substrate Kit (Cat#716).
