Background

This gene encodes a member of the transforming acidic colied-coil protein family. The encoded protein is a motor spindle protein that may play a role in stabilization of the mitotic spindle. This protein may also play a role in growth a differentiation of certain cancer cells.

TACC3 antibodyWestern blotting analysis using anti-TACC3 antibody (Cat#62642). Total cell lysates (30 μg) from various cell lines were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE. The blot was incubated with anti-TACC3 antibody (Cat#62642, 1:5,000) and HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody (Cat#201, 1:20,000) respectively. Image was developed using FeQ™ ECL Substrate Kit (Cat#226).
Western blotting analysis using anti-TACC3 antibody (Cat#62642). TACC3 expression in wild type (WT) and TACC3 shRNA knockdown (KD) HeLa cells with 20 μg of total cell lysates . β-Tubulin serves as a loading control. The blot was incubated with anti-TACC3 antibody (Cat#62642, 1:5,000) and HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody (Cat#201, 1:20,000) respectively. Image was developed using NaQ™ ECL Substrate Kit (Cat#716).
