LiTaq™ PCR Master Mixes
LiTaq™ DNA Polymerase is a thermostable DNA polymerase that exhibits a 5'→3 ' polymerase activity and a 5'→3 ' exonuclease activity, with no 3' →5 ' exonuclease activity. LiTaq™ DNA Polymerase is purified from an Escherichia coli (E.coli) strain overexpressing the gene of Thermus aquaticus DNA Polymerase. No endonuclease, exonuclease, or bacterial DNA were detected in this enzyme.

2× LiTaq™ PCR Master Mix (M0024) is an optimized ready-to-use solution containing Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl2, KCI and stabilizers; 2× LiTaq™ Plus PCR Master Mix (M0025) is a mixture of LiTaq™ plus DNA polymerase, dNTP, an optimized buffer system and an enzyme containing 3’→5’ exonuclease activity. Its fidelity is 6 times greater than that of 2× LiTaq™ Master Mix. LiTaq™ PCR mix and LiTaq™ Plus PCR mix are very cost-effective and ideal for genotyping.
LiTaq™ Ultra HiFi PCR Master Mix (M0031) is a ready-to-use super-fidelity PCR master mix designed for superior accuracy and performance. This high fidelity PCR mix incorporates a genetically engineered HotStart high fidelity DNA polymerase, delivering exceptional DNA affinity and processivity. It excels with complex and partially degraded templates, offering a fidelity >100× higher than conventional taq polymerase.

From the above results, it can be concluded that for PCR amplification of different length and kind of templates, all four PCR mixes from our company performed superbly. For general PCR, our products have the broadest applicability, best success rate, highest specificity and maximal yield. In the most difficult situations, when all other PCR mixes failed, at least one of our products still worked.
